Never Vote for a Political Party

I have run for the USA Congress with the American Party, then ran for the Senate as a Demarcate, I never voted for loyalty, nor the party, I voted for the views of the person running, not for there loyalty, in fact that is a way they can lose my vote. I see a political party as a speicial interest group, that ends up corrupt like the NRA and would never become loyal to either. To many forget those groups can get corrupt, as leadership changes and the new leaders trick there way into the leadership.

I also believe we need to end the political Party system, and just have names, issues, or promises they make, to make things better, during the campaign. Just there name on the Ballot.

The problems we face today are from the groups claiming to represent us, yet like the NRA are controlled by Russian spy's. All of them have been taken over by corruption, gangster's trying to manipulate there followers for the groups, to do what they want them to do, without knowing they were tricked.

I want someone for change for the better, not prosperity, but to make sure our laws are kept up to date, with crimes we face today, not the crimes of yesterday. With no law causing anyone to be discriminated against. To make sure our Constitution is up to date to deal with today's issues, not yesterdays, and all loopholes are plugged that could allow a dictator or majority to take control of our government. We must enforce our open door policy, no more secret meetings, ever.

We, both political party's, ignored our Constitution, like bandits, for our own political agendas, acting as though it was for the whole of the Majority. We fought for gay rights, yet ignored the rights, of others preferred sexual preferences. Who are we common humans, far from being God's, able to say what is right and what is wrong, only bully's do this, not a civilized nation. We formed a Civilized nation here in America based on "all for one and one for all" "Equal justice for all" Not just for whites, blacks, Indians, adults, good people, everyone young and old. But we forgot this and how to enjoy being happy with what we have, and not worry about thinking others have it better then we do. Many poor have a better life then most rich people have. Be happy multiply, and stand beside each other, as brothers and sisters and you shall never be bullied, or contained, by a lesser, divided Nation or Nation's.

AGENCY HEAD'S SHOULD ROLL

All our agency big shots need to be held accountable for there actions. To many give favors to friends and discriminate against those they don't like. To many are allowed to bring there personal baggage to work, that influence the decisions they make. Its become like having an insane person working with mental patents, or a preacher doing brain surgery. They seem to ignore those with common sense and hire those with hangups.

Minnesota clinics & Hospital coruption

In Minnesota you don't have to be sued, to prove you owe a clinic or hospital bill, it is simply added to your taxes and they get paid, even if you don't owe it! I just saw it happen again to someone today. A few years ago I had it happen to me twice. One year I was paying off a hospital bill, that I disputed, by working with the hospital negotiating sometime several bills at once and paying them all off that same day.

Now these were bill's already paid by the VA and Medicare, and just what was left over that they refused to pay. I didn't feel I owed the bill's, and they refused to go to court on it so we came up with this working arrangement, where I came in each month and worked with them on each bill. I only owed around $100.00 one of the years we got a MN rebate tax and they took the check for it from my rebate. I could have settled for half that amount that same month and we wonder why hospitals can charge whatever they want. What ever happened to our right to a day in court to prove we owed or didn't owe something.

Now the remainder of that rebate went to the clinic and paid on a bill after I demanded an arbitration with social security and VA representatives present, because of two reasons, The bill was way over the statutes of limitations and they would not give me an accounting of what they claimed I owed for, because at that time they were upset with me because I switched doctors.
Now this is interesting, the fight we had was over my Urologist telling me I could have a PA do the Dilations that I got, because I was getting them at the hospital costing around $250.00 and a PA only cost at that time $60.00 and the government was just beginning the budget cuts and I wanted to do my part to cut down what the government was paying. So my doctor said I could use there PA. A few days latter they changed there mind and said I had to use the hospital. So I went to another clinic and got a PA there to do it.

Then they came after me for this bogus bill that I refused to pay. After being threatened court action by there attorney, I demanded an arbitration; you see under MN state law you can ask for an arbitration and the Attorney has to bow out and let the dispute be handled by an arbitrator. I chose the VA and social security to arbitrate this claim because they paid for all the treatments that I got and at that time the entire bill was paid by them. A few years latter they started paying a set amount and that was why I owed the hospital. So you can see that the bill was much older then the hospital Bill, in fact way beyond the statute of limitations.

So the Minnesota government has allowed the clinics and hospitals the right to be as corrupt as they wish to be, accountable to no one. No more can we negotiate a bill we owe them or go to court to prove we don't owe it or prove it was padded or inflated. Everyone else has to sue us to get paid a disputed bill, but not a Hospital in Minnesota. They are above the law and we gave them this right!!
